CUT-OFF TIME

• Order cut-off time for same-day fulfillment is 1 pm PT. Our new warehouse is exceptional at meeting same-day fulfillment, however occasionally orders are fulfilled the next day.

We can't thank our US community enough for the messages of support. Extracting ourselves from the previous 3PL continues to be problematic. They hold the bulk of our inventory and are proving true-to-form with delaying the preparation of the goods for transportation.

We would like to take this moment and thank you for your interest in KINeSYS Performance Sunscreen.

As a small husband and wife owned and managed business, ensuring that our products and service is of the highest standard is our commitment to you.

Why is your store not selling product?

In full transparency, the Third Party Warehouse (3PL) we use to warehouse, pack and send orders for our US customers has not been performing. We have been proactively working with them with the expectation that their service could improve, however this week the situation became untenable.

We are not prepared to accept their disregard for our product, slow response time to issues and failure to accept responsibility.

Managing this process has been a very difficult lesson. Thousands of units have been rendered useless in the “care” and the financial and emotional cost from this experience to us has been high.

New Warehouse

The good news for our customers is that we are moving!!

From early January 2024, we will have a trustworthy and highly capable 3PL to warehouse our product and ship your order. You will notice the difference!

In the meantime, our website is offline as inventory is moved and received by our new Partner.

Where can I purchase KINeSYS?

You have a number of options to buy KINeSYS Instore or Online.

In Store – Visit our Store locator for a Retail Partner near you.

Online Specialised Retail Partners – We may not have a Store near you, but most Retail Partners have an online store. We encourage you to check them out and support fellow independent businesses.

The Feed – Our friends at The Feed sell select products, check them out.

Amazon.com – KINeSYS has our own store on Amazon.com.

When will KINeSYS be back online?

We know being offline is a huge inconvenience and we are working to keep this downtime to a minimum.

Select products are expected online the second week of January and full inventory by the 15^th January 2024. We will keep you informed via email, social media and the website.
